Refunds and Returns Policy

1. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been processed.

2. Returns or Exchanges

Returns are accepted only in special conditions (damaged items).

Items available for purchase on our website, including fine art prints and jewelry, are not eligible for return or exchange. Each product is made with precision and care, ensuring it meets the highest standards before shipping.

 

3. Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@nandinikotawala.com within 7 days of receiving the order. To process your claim, please provide:

  • A description of the damage
  • Photos of the damaged product and the packaging
  • Your order number and contact information

Once we have reviewed the claim and confirmed the damage, we will arrange for either a replacement or a refund. Please note that damaged items may need to be returned for verification before a refund or replacement is issued.

4. Refunds for Damaged Items

Refunds for damaged items, if approved, will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
